yep, awesome as usual
Love the tree work and some innovative ideas. Like the weird angle of the tic tac to cat(sdb). and some massive sdc to precisions. |

Wow! Seriously impressive and some amazing interesting movements. Seems Lisses really inspired you? Very "outside the box" training, I'll be taking notes from it.
Plus those sdc precisions were larrrge. |

erm, yeah what they said :-o
But I would love to see some parkour from you though, rather than mostly single tech training. It's obvious that it will be great, even from those little clips, though the lacher combis really were something :-) But man, I'v got many - a notes to take there, thanks for posting! :yes!: |

Your fucking SHIT!! I want a refund!!!
Muscle ups are slow as hell, I could do a better muscle up with one arm!! That 180 arm jump was tiny, no drop at all!!! Precisions are so small I could step across them, what the hell is even the point in showing them. You cat to precisions are like dogchat to precision. Your thing around the tree is so LAME! Really wish I had a gun right now, I'd hunt you down and kill you for some of the shitest training ever recorded!! RETARD! |

at 0:50 does the camera actually shake due to what your doing or is that an effect? What exercises do you do to get that fantastic upper body strength? the difference it seems to make is incredible! |
