Salut à tous,

Voici la version longue d'une pub pour une boisson énergisante "Fire Starter" energy drink, qui a été tourné en Espagne avec mon frère Stéphane du groupe Adrenaline

lol Jerome, moi aussi des fois j'ai du mal à nous différencier lol, non sérieux nous comme on ce connaît on voit la différence et ceux qui nous connaissent aussi, mais c'est assez marrant parce que les gens m'appelle Stéphane et mon frère Daniel, ils ce trompent souvent lol.

Pour la vidéo tu fais ce que tu veux Jeje, tout ce qui est à nous est aussi aux autres, merci.

it´s too much trimmed out... most jumps we can´t see where you are coming from. the 1st jump I have no idea what that is. cat leap??? from where??? everything seems cool but it´s a bit strange about the editing i think.

hey stephane. i LOVE it, its absolutely amazing. some saut de bras o.o amazing. the lache kinda saut de fond was pretty impressive too. the speed - just great.

Hi Stal! It is stéphane (from the video lol).You are totally right, it is better to make rolls after a landing because this is quite dangerous for knees.But, if you see the video again, you are going to see that I make 2 sauts de chat and there is no need to make a roll.anyway there is not enough space to make a roll and the height is not really big and when you know how to land, your knees will be safe: trust me because I had problemes with my knees before practicing parkour and I really know how to do to make a safe landing.lol.even for the saut de fond when I am hanged , it is not good to make a roll for a perpendicular saut de fond.but this would be longer to talk about landing and good landings and rolls but each person has his own choice to land, for this you have to know and prepare your body in order to last and to enjoy your training.

well yeah i know u guys practice i have some old videos of yours r u still 4 ? and about the roll i meant for the other guys who says for every drop above 1.5 m that will DESTROY knees :-P

Hi everybody! I have seen the video with Stephane ADRENALINE. It is really amazing. He is very fluid, fast, artful, and it really controls what he makes. It would be good to have more comments on this post. I'd like to know David and Pawa team's point of view on this. I am going to translate with my programm.hope it is going to be understandable:

If you enjoy what you do, your technic will be really good.it is so wonderfull to make what you love and to share it with everybody.that is why I like to make some commercials, short movies etc: it is not to earn monney (even though this helps to eat lol)and to be a super star or something like that. it is to help people to follow our path in the developement of this discipline which is parkour.the most this discipline will be known, the most it will last
