Here's a video of me training in the half term break, I made this to get as much feedback as possible so all your comments are useful to me. I've been training for about 8 months so far, I'd appreciate any advice you have for me.
Video Here The first section is a little intro in "Shane's Tree" from the beginning of half term, the second section is in Guildford and the last section is some training in Aldershot today. Apart from that, I hope you enjoy it. :-) Edit Jerome : Now on Parkour-videos.com : http://www.parkour-videos.com/videos/sam-m...e-may-june-2006 |

Holy damn I want a tree like this one
I would say work on your upper body strenght, and make your moves a little less sloppy. Some were really good, but some were really sloppy and uncontrolled. Apart from that, nice vid. |

very good!!
nice tree work (i wish i some trees like that) and very good saut de chats, precisions, and the rest of the basics. the only things that i saw that you really need to train is climb ups/upper body strength, and maybe work on some balance training (it just seemed like you had some trouble on some of the running on narrow objects parts...me too) but it was a good video. nice editing to teige! |

Thanks Kong i will train balance more and i am working on upper body strength at the moment.
Sk8erPro what movements in particular did you think were sloppy? I`m not saying they weren`t, just wondering which ones in particular. |

Haha, *bows*. As I've said Sam, the progress is mentalistic. Can't wait to do tons of training with you and the others through summer. Work that upperbody! ;-) |

I really like it ! :super:
You have some really nice training areas, you're so lucky to have those fantastic trees ! :-o When i watch the video, my feeling is that you practice a lot, technical movements etc. but don't do so much physical training. You should work on that, you would really improve your movements. (you have some difficulties to climb up it seems). But really nice ! :super: Could i put it on Parkour-videos.com ? If yes, would you have any additional informations you would like me to put with ? Keep up the training ;-) |

Cheers very much Jerome and i would be honoured if you put it on your site.
Thanks for your comments aswell and i will definately be doing more strength training. Could you put it with my name Sam Mccone, that i am from around Guildford and just say i have been practising for about 8 months, also that the first section is in some trees we call "Shanes Tree", The second section is in Guildford and the third is in Aldershot. Thanks again this has given me alot of confidence :-D |

Most i liked 04:31. Groove One makes me wonder. Most of your volts are made nice and fast. But on some you look clumsy 8-) |

Pietras i think the main reason is because of what happened at 1 15 alot of the vaults shot around that area were quite bad because i injured my arm and leg.
Ideally i would have done them again but we were short for time any others i put down to me being crap :-D |
