As many of you know and have read, David and Cyril were recently in the U.S. to promote B-13. One of their stops in L.A. allowed them some time to hang out and do some light hearted training. While attempting to do a fairly routine (for David anyway) Saut De Chat to Saut De Bras, something went wrong and David took a rather nasty fall, which was captured on 3 seperate cameras. This is the video David asked for us (those of us that were there during that day) produce and release. Pk Danno (pkto.ca), who was present, did a fantastic write up on his experience on the trip with David and Cyril and it contains words straight from the two of them, a few of which were quoted in this video, as well as more details on the fall itself, that David would like released.
Link to the video - David Belle is Human (left click) Link to Danno's write-up (It's the longest post in the thread) - Danno's Write Up (corrected) |

Ace doesnt give himself enough credit and that being said, did an excellent job editing this. If it was left upto me it would never get released.
He deserves some applauds for getting this out there properly and well done. Good work. :-D |

No, no. I don't believe it. You edited that so it looked like he fell or put grease on the ledge or something, then you put electrodes in him and shocked him when he jumped and then threw stuff at him and then you put an object of great mass below so the gravity would increase and he would fall. Then when he fell you insulted him and said you would put a video on the internet saying he wasn't a God, which he is. David Belle doesn't fall and has actually mastered unaided flight.
Seriously though, nice video, best video regarding a bail anyway P.S. Davidn Belle doesn't fall. |

WORSHIP!
This really is impressive and showing David's real side. We'be been talking a lot about Parkour being real lately. This video made my day. The way David gets up checks another traceur and walks away with smile on his face after pretty nasty bail.... absolutely this man deserves all the respect he can GET! :worship: |

Amazing. That seemed like such a nasty bail and I was very... well it's undescribable, it made my day and was an inspriration, not because 'the great' bailed, but because he wanted it to be released, but more over he checked the Traceur he nearly fell on before himself.

Thanks for posting this, someone has already crossposted both the interview thread and this vid to pkaus.com. Great stuff. DB continues to impress with more than just his physical training.

huh something went really wrong
check out how safely he manages to go down once he notices he's going to bail, and how he gets worried about not going over the guy on the floor (before hitting the ground) and of course, how he instantly goes to check if the guy is ok really impressive, sick control, and a proof that he deserves the respect and position as reference |

The guy on the ground was Pierre, also the producer of the movie Banlieue 13.
It's at times like these where I wish I had my own car so I could drive to train with him |

lucky him david had nothing to complain about the movie production so didn't fall over him, otherwise it would be pierre's doom |

Heh, what was funny was that all of us who were there watching nearly had a heart attack, except for Pierre who was amazingly calm about almost being killed by David. Prior to the jump, they had worked out that that should something go wrong, Pierre would roll out of the way and that's exactly what he did. Though, he didn't roll very FAR away...
