Training Under Different Conditions By Fade

Hi everyone!
Yesterday I went to train parkour on my usual spots. This time spots were covered in snow and it was my first time to train on slippery ground. I've been training parkour for about 10 months now and this is some of my training routine. I wasn't able to film all the stuff because of the snow but I decided to film what I managed to do.

It's nothing special. Some may even find this video boring. It's only 3:50 min so it won't take much of your time.

Evo zanima me koliko trenirate. Koliko godina/mjeseci/dana koliko puta na tjedan, koliko vremenski i kako trenirate. Koliko kondicioniranja i koliko konkretno parkoura.
