Mattnick And Richj Day's Training

Myself and MattNick decided to take my cam along to our training session on Monday, we ended up shooting quite a lot of parkour/acro stuff amoungst other things, and I've edited it into a training vid.

All filmed on Monday 25th of June in St Albans town by MattNick and myself.

Hey, before anyone mentions it, yes i should be saying this in a PM, however my account hasn't allowed me to PM anyone for over a year, so i'm posting here instead.

Jerome - a little while ago you successfully fixed my account to allow me to edit my own posts, thanks for this. I'm however still experienceing a problem with other settings (such as PM). Mainly i'd like to be able to edit my profile and signature. Thanks in advance if anything can be done :-)
