Back strengthening exercises, need help!

at the moment i only really know of two back strengthening exercises. one for the traps and one for lower back. I feel i need to work on the strengthening of my back muscles a lot more as my posture really isn't that gd, basically not upright. So any help on techniques and exercises i would really appreciate, especially for the neck area and the back of the shoulder.

I just wanted to say thank you for creating a seperate topic for videos which include tricks and flips. It gives a clearer message that parkour does not include flips and in my opinion it is a good move forward. :-D What do other people think?
